We inspect
Gas, Electricity, Plumbing, Locks, Damage, Pests, Environment, Pergolas, Shutters, Water leaks, fans, cameras, and more.
We carry out
Faucet flushing, Mail collection, Ventilation, Adjusting furniture protection on the terrace, Watering, and other requests from you such as changing moister absorbers, and more.
No supervision when using the accommodation.
Prices apply to our work areas from Guardamar to Cabo Giog and inlands to Quesada, outside we provide a quote. For example: Torre de la Horadada €400 for the standard package.
