Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our services to rental properties.
Cleaning of the exterior
€30 per hour started for cleaning per hour started. (minimum of 2 hours will be charged)
The package price covers cleaning of all visible exterior surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of floors, and wiping of accessible areas.

Backsplash/tiles
Inside and outside of empty fridge and defrosted freezer
Microwave and oven (not deep cleaned)
Exterior of coffee maker (if left on the counter)

Laundry:
Laundry of bed linens and towels
Two washing machine loads are included.
Additional loads cost €15 per machine.
Customers are responsible for pre-treating any stains.
If there is no functioning washing machine available, a special fee of €15 per machine will be charged (starting from the first machine). This special fee includes collection of laundry, washing and return of clean laundry.
Place bed linens and towels in piles or in a basket next to the washing machine. Wet towels may be left hanging to dry.
If laundry is not placed correctly, we will assume it is not to be washed.
Whats included in the laundry is to be found in terms
Bathroom:
Cleaning of shower or bathtub
Sink, toilet, and mirror
If needed and accessible, the floor drain will be lightly cleaned. This is an extra service beyond regular cleaning.
Not included:
Any grout cleaning
Any descaling of tiles, fixtures, or glass
We expect the residence to be left as follows:
Making the bed and individual laundry cannot be ordered separately but only combined with regular cleaning.
Laundry of bed linens/towels is not included in the hourly cleaning rate but only in regular cleaning.
When booking cleaning by the hour, a minimum of 2 hours will be charged (applies to inside/outside)
If, during regular cleaning, we notice that the home requires a more extensive deep cleaning, we will assess the price on a case-by-case basis. We always check with you as the customer before proceeding.
If you have any of our packages, we can also offer you general property services for an additional cost. Below is a selection of services:

Regular Key management
We deliver or collect the key according to your wishes, or alternatively grant access for craftsmen.

The availability of this solution depends on our schedule. This option requires flexibility, and key collection or drop-off will take place at the time and location we are able to offer.

Waiting Time
For pre-booked visits by tradespeople, up to one hour of waiting time is included. If the tradesperson arrives within this time, no additional charge will apply for that hour.
If the contractor does not arrive, we will only charge for the actual time spent waiting.
Should our assignment require us to remain on site together with the contractor, this will be charged per commenced hour.
(Key handling and other related services are charged according to our price list.)

By pre-ordering a breakfast package, you can save time on shopping for groceries or planning breakfast the next morning. Instead, you can wake up without having to worry about buying food.
As an additional service, we can also prepare your home by turning on the electricity, water, and AC if desired. This way, everything will be ready and comfortable upon your arrival!

You can choose up to 10 items. If the store does not have what you want or if you do not select anything specific, we will pick the most common orders for you.
For this service, you will pay 30€ + receipt cost. The receipt cost is paid in cash after the purchase, while the delivery service will be invoiced.
