We do not accept rental clients.
Bed linens & laundry
Laundry of bed linens and towels, as well as bed making, is not available as a separate service and can only be booked as part of regular cleaning. Laundry of bed linens and towels is not included in the hourly cleaning rate. Customers are responsible for ensuring that bed linens and towels are in suitable condition for guest use.
Pricing & billing
From 60€ applies to outdoor services, move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. A minimum charge of two hours applies. Regular home cleaning is offered at a fixed price.
Additional work
Extra tasks beyond standard cleaning—such as defrosting a freezer, cleaning a grill, or disposing of food waste—are charged at €30 per started hour.
If a property requires more extensive deep cleaning during a regular service, the scope and cost will be assessed individually. We will always contact you for approval before any additional work is carried out.
Waste disposal
If we are required to handle or dispose of waste outside municipal collection times, any fines or additional fees may be charged to the customer. We recommend always following local waste disposal regulations.
After-hours work
Double charges may apply for work performed outside standard working hours.

The price includes wiping of all external surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of floors, as well as accessible surfaces.
Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, ceiling lights, extractor fans, doors, and window frames is not included.

Laundry of bed linens and towels
Two washing machine loads up to 12 kg are included.
Additional loads cost €15 per machine.
Customers are responsible for pre-treating any stains.
If there is no functioning washing machine available, a special fee of €15 per machine will be charged (starting from the first machine). This special fee includes collection of laundry, washing and return of clean laundry.
Bed linens and towels should be placed in piles or in a basket next to the washing machine, or on the floor by the bed, if you would like us to wash them. Wet towels may be left hanging to dry.
If the laundry is not placed in the designated area, we will assume it is not intended to be washed.

Bathroom:

If needed and accessible, the floor drain will be lightly cleaned. This is an extra service beyond regular cleaning.

Regular Key management & Extra Supervision
We deliver or collect the key according to your wishes, or alternatively grant access for craftsmen.

(Outside regular hours also includes weekends, public holidays, vacation periods, and emergency call-outs. The commuter package is not intended for emergency assignments.
Simple Key Management
The availability of this solution depends on our schedule. This option requires flexibility, and key collection or drop-off will take place at the time and location we are able to offer.

Waiting Time
For pre-booked visits by tradespeople, up to one hour of waiting time is included. If the tradesperson arrives within this time, no additional charge will apply for that hour.
If the contractor does not arrive, we will only charge for the actual time spent waiting.
Should our assignment require us to remain on site together with the contractor, this will be charged per commenced hour.
(Key handling and other related services are charged according to our price list.)
Extra Supervison outside regular hours
A single inspection can be requested if you have one of our basic packages that includes Keyholding or one of our inspection packages. The inspection can be used, for example, to allow access for contractors or deliveries, or to check on your property.
Inspections are normally not carried out during holidays or scheduled leave. If an inspection must exceptionally take place during these periods, double billing may apply. We will always inform you in advance and recommend planning inspections ahead of time to avoid extra costs.

By pre-ordering a breakfast package, you can save time on shopping for groceries or planning breakfast the next morning. Instead, you can wake up without having to worry about buying food.
As an additional service, we can also prepare your home by turning on the electricity, water, and AC if desired. This way, everything will be ready and comfortable upon your arrival!

You can choose up to 10 items. If the store does not have what you want or if you do not select anything specific, we will pick the most common orders for you.
For this service, you will pay 30€ + receipt cost. The receipt cost is paid in cash after the purchase, while the delivery service will be invoiced.
