Renting out your home?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our services to rental properties.
Cleaning of the exterior
€30 per hour started for cleaning per hour started. (minimum of 2 hours will be charged)
The package price includes cleaning of external surfaces in all rooms. We dry mop/vacuum floors and carpets, as well as wipe where accessible.
Kitchen:
We clean kitchen cabinet doors, stove, sink, countertops, backsplash, and the inside of empty fridge/freezer. We wipe down microwave, oven (no deep cleaning), and coffee maker if left out.
Bathroom:
Shower/bathtub, sink, toilet, and mirror.
Floor drain if necessary and if we can access it (the owner of the home is responsible for ensuring that it is accessible).
Deep grouting and descaling are not included.
Laundry:
Washing of bed linen and towels (two washes included)
Extra laundry €15 per machine.
If there is no working washing machine, we will charge €15 per machine.
Ironing services are not provided.
We expect the residence to be left as follows:
No piles of dirty dishes left
Clean dishes from the dishwasher have been put away in the cupboards (if possible)
Kitchen appliances have been returned to the cupboards
Oven & microwave are left in reasonably good condition.
All trash has been disposed of, including in the bathroom
Bed linens and dry towels are left by the washing machine in piles or in a basket
Wet towels can remain hanging
Making the bed and individual laundry cannot be ordered separately but only combined with cleaning.
Laundry of bed linens/towels is not included in the hourly cleaning rate but only in package deals.
When booking cleaning by the hour, a minimum of 2 hours will be charged (applies to inside/outside)
If the residence/patio is exceptionally dirty, we will charge an additional fee.
If you have any of our packages, we can also offer you general property services for an additional cost. Below is a selection of services:

Waiting Time
We charge €30 per started hour for waiting time for craftsmen and others for key handover.
The first "waiting hour" is free. (please note that the key handover to craftsmen and others incurs additional costs according to the price list)

By pre-ordering a breakfast package, you can save time on shopping for groceries or planning breakfast the next morning. Instead, you can wake up without having to worry about buying food.
As an additional service, we can also prepare your home by turning on the electricity, water, and AC if desired. This way, everything will be ready and comfortable upon your arrival!

You can choose up to 10 items. If the store does not have what you want or if you do not select anything specific, we will pick the most common orders for you.
For this service, you will pay 30€ + receipt cost. The receipt cost is paid in cash after the purchase, while the delivery service will be invoiced.
